Wolf Totem Spirit – While raging, allies have advantage attacking any creature within 5 feet of Griz that is hostile.
Griz is the son of Guntha the Great and Tarl the Tiefling, retired adventurers and ownes of Vajayjay’s, a brothel in the town of Purskul. Purskul, with its large half-orc populace, seemed like a natural place for Guntha and Tarl to settle down. Griz is the oldest of the children, with 7 other siblings vying for their parents’ attention. He sports a scar along his neck due to some injury suffered when he was younger, which also led to his distorted voice. He had just decided to set out to try his hand as an adventurer when he met Salazar, Tyuk, and Merric. As the lot of them were directionless, they decided to see what fate would have in store for them in Athkatla, capital of Amn and “the City of Coin”. As it was, they, along with new companions Kathra and Remus, managed to rescue a Teziirian merchant named Kathkalla. They since decided to check into a message Salazar received from his old friend Lia Spellsong regarding the town of Brookhollow.
On their way there, the party took a detour to look into reports of a monster near the town of Talonvale. Griz dealt the death blow to the werewolf they found, splitting the creature in half.
In freeing those enslaved by Kor, Griz managed to eradicate a number kobolds and skeletons, and dealt the killing blow to the treacherous halfling Otis Benbough.
Griz, after spending some time aiding Merric on the halfling ranger’s ritual to call forth an animal companion and inspired by the stories of being raised by wolves, has taken the wolf on as his totem spirit. A tattoo now adorns Griz’s right shoulder and upper arm of a leaping wolf.
Griz’s tendency to make his eyes glow has gotten him noticed by several people. Not in a good way.
